  1. Open the order confirmation you received from us by email and click “Withdraw from contract” at the very bottom.
  2. Or open your order page via the order link in the email and click “Withdraw from contract” there.
  3. Your details are then already filled in – you only need to click “Confirm withdrawal”.

Then enter the details of your order here yourself. In the next step you confirm the withdrawal and immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
